Er, yes. It's a 34 bar loop
I just tried it myself from the mp3 seems the encoding has fractionally jiggered the timing.
Okay quick fix: Put drumbass on the one of first bar and dogspeccycruch one the one of bar 17 and loop from there to end of bar 68. Gives smooth enough loop for the time being. F**ck the rest of it. Then that goes from chourus to verse.

That's not a question you get to ask everyday!

You've made the cryptic names a tad more cryptic, but it keeps one on one's toes, which is probably why the socks have holes in them.

Hopefully that whole thing should be 168 bars long.

Gah! The transitions are knacker'd! And it wasn't brill to start with.
Maybe do what I suggested about starting with the whole thing kicked in at bar 17 and record a few loops and work with that. Perhaps turn the drums and bass up as well it seems to have lost meat.
My plan is to start with bass & vocals and build up a wall of noise that bombs in with your guitar at the first chorus breakdown after a full loop into whatever creepy sh*t I concoct in ableton break down to next to nothing then kick the whole guitar nun grinder singing mix back in harder to finish: so the arrangement was inacurate anyway.
How are you feeling about the basic jist?
I need booze

I'm liking it. More than a whiff of Orbital to it in places, which is a good thing.
I can't get Cubase to recognise the guitar at the minute: keeps wanting to have a midi instrument or VST or something. Hmph.
I'll have more of a muck about with it tomorrow: I had a hungover, underslept day at work today and am a tad on the tired side.

Bloody hell, I just managed to find the Cubase installation DVD which, n addition to being a small miracle, means I can update to 4.1.1.1....
Right. Bed. G'night.

Funny you should mention hot balls. I'm currently beset with the tear of the onion chopper in my quest to make a few chilli meatballs. I also have the stinky finger of the garlic chopper and the great care that comes after chopping chilli peppers.
I feel like I'm back at catering college again!
Which loop?
I stilkl can't get Cubase to work: it says the US-122 interface's inputs are disabled (they're not for anything else) and I can't find a way to enable them.
(Quick edit) Allo Revster.

The loop I described wrong in post 81. To avoid the 'not linging up right' transitions.
Disabled things? Not for anything else? You mean cubase specific? Is the sound going in and not being recognised by cubase? Or just not going in?
Oooh. Have you got guitar rig?

Sorry for the delay: I was up to my arse in meat balls last night.
Is the loop in question 'sidsilly'?
I was just about to say that the audio interface is still jiggered, but it looks like it was a problem with the sample rate: Cubase has popped itself back to 44.1 and the inputs are active again.
Nope, I'm without Guitar Rig.

Better than being up to your balls in arse meat. Whatever that is. Or up to your meat in arse balls. Whatever they are.
Ahh, you can use Guitar Rig as a stand alone. The whole package is pretty rad, even for non-guitar people like myself but not a substitute for hardware. That said it has replicas of preety much every classic amp, distortion, pedal etc etc plus lfo,s vibrato etc etc. So considering you don't need a warehouse to keep it in: quite good.
Ignore the sid bit. Place the drums and bass part on the the first bar and the dogspeccycrush file on the 17th bar then loop make a loop selection from bar 35 to bar 69 and it doesn't have a glitchy transition when you cut, copy and paste it along
