Actually, there is a place near Carthage, Missouri that's supposed to be the geographic center of the country...
I vote for that place since we have family friends there I could see at the same time...

i thought in rounders you run the bases backwards (or is it the other way around?)
i seem to recall one year as a camp counsellor when instead of the staff softball game we played rounders instead.

Rounders was always a good think for me...meant we got the afternoon off class in Primary school (hehe), although it's a good thing until some guy got hit in a very uncomfortable place! Although that just spurred the teacher into telling us about knights and their cod-pieces
