I think "Why do the English Hate the French" and the use of "Dogs" in various idioms to mean loads of different things are two very long forums which have kept quite well to their subjects. And they are getting boring. Start a conversation on squat toilets and you'll end up with mosquito bites or cat food or something.

Small talk always rambles about a lot.
It's much more fun to watch..

What I want to know is the definition of celibacy.
I mean, I know I am celibate between lovers.
At the moment, I am seeing someone I intend to remain faithful to, but it's a long distance relationship. Therefore, our periods apart, am I *celibate* or just being faithful? Some people think they are celibate inbetween the times they have sex...with the same person? I don't think that's right...surely that's just recharging batteries? I mean when that couple are seeing each other a couple of times a week!
What does everyone else think?

According to the dictionary celibate means: a person who lives in celibacy.
And celibacy means: abstention from sexual intercourse.
and doesn't state any particular reason.
So you are celibate GB.
I am also celibate as I am giving Simon the flick.
I'm so bored of him now. I could shag him forever, but I'm getting annoyed talking to him. I've even put him on invisible on ICQ.

What's it like when you get bored of someone?

Annoying.
Cos you know it's gonna take time to get the next one.
But sometimes it can't be helped.
I just don't want the bother of talking to him.
He is such an idiot. I knew that, but ignored it cos I wanted to shag him like nothing on earth. But I've got over that now.

If you have dumped Simon, its a pity we live so far away from each other, Mina - I think we could give each other a good sexual run for our money...
You have had my praises sang to you in the past eh? lol... By someone who shall remain nameless.

Glad to hear it...still a painful memory though. Although I was not as attached as yourself, I know what you mean. You can only chalk these things up to experience. Any mistake you learn from is not a mistake, it's a learning experience.
That should have gone in "Thought For the Day"
