You are quite right of course and I'm sorry if I've caused you any embarressment, it was never my intention to cause that to anyone.
I had expected it to get commented on in PR and thought that it might just raise a smile or two. But it got picked rather sooner than I expected otherwise it would have been out. I really wish I'd just stuck to the constellation subject matter.
I won't be doing that again.

In the olden days when PR used to get more than one red dot no doubt we'd all have had a good laugh over possibly a month while reviewers came and went. But the ComingUp page is dire, and entries are getting picked literally as soon as they incubate.
Opti submitted the penultimate constellation to PR last night

Deke I did not remove "the Flying Fish" from Volans' title, I have reported it here:

B'Elana, when do you want to make a start on Caelum?

Something to do with widgets but it will be put back to how it was after FP exposure
Congrats FP author by the way

I don't know if B'El has already made a start on Caelum but if not I've posted my template for the use of.
It's A23783600 and A12460790 to Cut/Paste.
(I've left some of the info for Aries in as examples. It needs the correct details inserting.)

I'll return Equuleus to the Eds then
I think Bel has unsubbed from this thread so as to leave us our one-to-one. Would you liaise with her on her PS? Only I have way too many projects on the go, as well as subbing to keep the ComingUp page healthy. Thanks Deke

Although, I think Equuleus' blurb should have been trumpted with "Harry Potter waving his other wand"

B'El has decided to opt out of doing the last constellation entry. I can understand why and she has a big commitment to the Post.
Unless you have any objections I'll take Caeleum up instead. It may be a few days before I start though as I've got another subject on the go at the moment which I hope to get into PR fairly soon.
It's a bit long winded (Rough draft A42738492) but I'll get on with it as soon as I can.

Just before I get started on Caelum I need a word of advice.
One of the very few references I can find to 'in modern culture' is Caelum Observatory which has lately been credited with some of the APOD pictures:
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap060311.html
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap080214.html
Following the links I get
http://www.caelumobservatory.com/mission.shtml
From which it seems to be a commercial organisation of some sort' possibly with links to Kitts Peak Observatory. So, if it is a commercial organisation will it be OK to link to it on this (BBC) site?
Any thoughts, or should I leave it alone?

You're scraping the barrel with Caelum, and need all you can get. Therefore you should add it, that is to say, *I* would if it had been left to me. We can talk about commercial enterprises so long as we're not seen to promote them (eg write an Entry about Caelum Observatory if all it was was a commerical enterprise) - your modern culture section can be worded in such a way (talk about their work appearing at APOD, with APOD links, possibly talk about their style?) but don't supply links to the commercial site, and it should be fine

There! I've spelled it right
I should have finished Caelum and into PR by the weekend.
As it's the last one, I had the thought that I'd put all the researchers who have done a constellation (or two), in as co-writers on this one. What do you think? Would that confuse the issue too much?

Well the Eds have already agreed that all participants are going to get a Uni badge, so I don't think it's necessary to include everyone on Caelum
