Beware the jaws that bite.

From your list A39284418
I'll take on Equuleus, the Foal unless anyone else has it in mind.

Ha! I hadn't thought of that... Pity, but your wish is my commando.

A41078793 Puppis is done, I'd be grateful if you'd pay particular attention to the Myth section which I rewrote to remove some repetition,

Looks good to me
Thanks for your efforts.
Too much cut and paste on these two. And re-written a couple of times. Sometimes I get to the point where I've re read it so many times it just doesn't register in the brain any longer.

I'm wondering whether to put this bit:
<>
into the "Stars" section (with just a little tweaking).
What do you think?
Puppis and Vela
Deek Posted Sep 26, 2008
That would seem logical.
I'm happy with any alterations you want to make.
Vela
Deek Posted Sep 27, 2008
Yes that does scan better.
I fear you may well have to do much the same with Vela.
Sorry for all the work on these, I appear to have made a right pigs ear out of them. I initially started off trying to put all four of argo together but it just didn't work. What you're reading there is the best bits chopped together.
Anyway, it looks a lot better now. Thanks.
I'm always happy for you to go ahead with whatever changes* you want to make. It's not sacrosanct.
*Except Lacaille, that is.

Don't be sorry, it's a pleasure to polish your work until it gleams
I already left that alone now I know your thoughts on the matter
What I will do with Vela is sub it differently to Puppis. I know there was repetition between the two because I read them in PR, it's why I asked to sub them. I was going to do it today but the sun is shining and I can feel my garden calling me to trim the butterfly bush dead bits and pull up those pesky weeds. Back soon

is that the same pulsar or two different pulsars?
Vela
Deek Posted Sep 27, 2008
Vela Pulsar = (is a) neutron star. It’s the same object. It is embedded within the much larger, older and more tenuous Gum Nebula.
I haven’t made it quite clear. These APOD’s probably say it better:

Does that sound better? It makes it clearer it's the same object, but I can rewrite it if you're not happy with that para

Vela: A41259026
I found two more extrasolar planets (well, not me personally, but you know what I mean) so I added those.
I also found: http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap991127.html which I believe worthy of inclusion, but that's up to you
