Finally 
Got round to updateing the atendee list, and updating the main meet page to include a link to MMF's page from where voting is taking place to decide on the afternoon event

Err, the title says it really.
Voting now closed on the threads fo decide the date, and I've updated the main page to show this.

And the date? Not telling.
Oh, ok then, its the
26th April
Tomorrow I'll try getting a link to the meet page put on to the front page of H2G2, and also try post on over to The Post so they can link to it and give us a plug too, So now just try and get more people signed up...

H2G2 Spring meet 2008, voting for the date

Thought I should put this in here in case anyone isn't subscribed to the main meet page, sorry I'm a bit late but I was away over Xmas and just trying to get back into the swing of things, will update atendee list later on today.
Anyhow, voting is taking place in the threads off the main meet page, over at: A30175599 spread the word

Just knocked out the main meet page, and put up the atendee list page, and the 'sign me up thread'.
I'd appreciate it if somone with a diary was to put up voting threads on teh main meet page for each of the dates around about the time we'll want the meet to be, I'm away at some point over Xmas, but not sure how long for, so I can update the meet page again after Xmas if the dates decided by then, though I@m not sure sure long we want to let the voting run, as some people might want to be booking cheap trains/transport tickets in ddvance to save a few 
is it me or is it getting cold?

If anyones not noticed, the voting closed, and the date is to be Saturday the 20th October.
