Just knocked out the main meet page, and put up the atendee list page, and the 'sign me up thread'.
I'd appreciate it if somone with a diary was to put up voting threads on teh main meet page for each of the dates around about the time we'll want the meet to be, I'm away at some point over Xmas, but not sure how long for, so I can update the meet page again after Xmas if the dates decided by then, though I@m not sure sure long we want to let the voting run, as some people might want to be booking cheap trains/transport tickets in ddvance to save a few is it me or is it getting cold? roll on spring

Once we've got an idea about the month, we can put up the voting threads.

Sounds about right to me; Maybe we could include the last Saturday in March and the first in May too? or woudl that just mean everyone spread themselves too much on the voting Actually by the time It got to May it would practally be a summer meet I guess Mid jan sounds fine, will also give a chance for anyone who disapears over Xmas to get back online and hopefully find out about the meet and get their vote in.... And would that give enough time for things like booking cheap travel?

I've had soooooo many unexpected expenses this year that I may not be able to make it until next autumn. And now I have the clean up from the ice storm to pay for. However, I do promise to try. You all know I love visiting Blighty. It's just really expensive from here. Plus the dollar keeps losing ground against the pound sterling, making it even costlier.

Anyway, set the date to suit everyone else since I'm iffy. But mid to late May would be easier for me than April.

May would suit me, too. Just not March, that's too early if we only stop voting in mid-January, and there's an Easter weekend, and probably half term holidays or some such (not having children in the UK, I don't catually know, but here, kids are having Easter holidays).
