No real plans today...am gonna be on here a bit as i will writing one thing and another....Lil sis goes away to portugal tomorrow for a month after coming back from birmingham later so i have made myself available in case she needs some help with anything.
weather is not looking too clever either so i am not in a hurry to go out, although there a couple of things i want to do.
Onwe thing i must do is stop thinking about what i have been thinking about too much....not good...lol

Well they say if you lie your one arm till it goes numb, then it feels like someone else is........nope, not starting that again this early......lmao
Insomnia started on Friday, got that racked off with it the other morning I came on here and put a journal entry in...couldn't think of anything else to do lol. Unfortunately it sets off my Fibromyalgia and I end up stiff and store which then gives me problems going to sleep......vicious circle!! lol....Christ I sound depressing and like I'm falling to bits....time to book in for an MOT I think 
Hope yesterday went well for your sis, well as well as these things can. Sure the hol in Portugal will ease things a little for her. Meant to ask, why aren't you going??

I'm fine except I am wondering whether I can get through my resit and I am also thinking about going to Africa but I would go there with the main aims to see wild animals and do white water rafting
I also am not sleeping at all well recently too many things on my mind and even when theres not I can't sleep 
I think my body clock is malfunctioning and I can't adjust from Canadian time to English!

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling so great....fibromyalgia does not sound too clever at all....you probably need a bit of what i need ....lol, not that i mean to take the piss at all...nothing worse than being under the weather.
Actually i am going to the docs, while i was walking the other night someting flew into my eye and last night it started to swell up...not sure whether i have been bitten, whether something is in there or what...but it is a bit uncomfortable.
The funeral is actually this morning, and then she is comong back this afternoon.
I had agreed when i first arrived that i would stay and look after the place and the dog. Apart from the fact that i have plenty of work to do ( i'm hoping to get loads done without all the distraction) it is not exactly as if i need a holiday. Also with Steve commuting overseas every week it is not fair for me to intrude on their holiday. Having said all that i can go, and there is a remote possibility that i may for a week later in august, but i doubt it. Living in such close proximity with them all is a very new experience for me , and as much as i am thoroughly enjoying it i think i would prefer to take this break and enjoy my own space for a while. Also i do have a little distraction of my own that needs sorting....lol

It's a nerve and muscle problem but it affects the joints, normally lower back/hips.They're not sure what causes it and only real solution is pain management. Normal painkillers don't offer much, if any, relief, found this out when I was taking 3 different painkillers at a total of 24 tablets a day to no avail, only benefit was I was a walking "rattle" for the kids lol. There is a new patch available but I'm fortunate in my attacks are rare so I just do without ....and yeah it has caused one or two humorous moments...I've got "stuck" once or twice....and thats ALL I'm saying.......
Always best to get anything checked out with your eyes, let me know how you get on.
Have you been to Portugal?? if not, then you could still go for the "experience", take yourself off most days then you've the benefit of a break without "intruding"..although I guess your sis wouldn't mind at all having you there
Have you arranged with anyone about doing anything while everyone's away yet??

Stuck!!!!???/.... my mind is boggling.....com'on now you can't do that to me....lol......jeez girl..first you help me to stuff my desk up and now you wanna do my mind in....lmao (hmmmm...not really appropiate words for the desk bit...lol...but then again..i spose they are perfect...lol) ( gawd help me....where is my humour going to)
It has reminded me of one time many many many years ago...lol and i was busy on the back seat of a car when i got bad cramp in my leg and was totally stuck for ages...my mate had to come and pull me off...totally embarassing, but thank f**k he was there!!!
Been to the docs, given me some anti-biotic eye-drops and said i must go back on sat morn if no improvement. feels a bit more comfortable now actually...we'll see.
I doubt very much whether i will go to portugal, as i say they don't get to spend too much time together and to be honest i think i would rather have the space.
No arrangements no...i'm intent on getting into work mainly , but i am thinking of getting 'tuned' one evening and going to a rave or nice club somewhere...get plotted up in a corner somewhere for the night and just getting into the music and dancing...quite fancy that.... see how things are these days
and generally scope people out....who knows i may even get pulled...lol.

The "sticking" thing lol wasn't so embarassing with the boys dad, we'd been together 10yrs, but I had a bit of a "fling" earlier this year and I kinda died of shame when on "top of the situation" I kinda groaned, locked and couldn't move.....took a "roll" to sort it out....lmao.....mind to cover my embarassment I commented "If it happens during 
y...just roll me onto my side when you're done so I can go to sleep....." rotflmao....you gotta laugh
