Some things can't be helped, Cittykat555.

When arthritis/tendonitis/whatever gets into
your shoulder, any kind of lifting becomes a
bad idea.

The only *strength* I could muster now would be
of the odoriferous kind, as in eating too much
garlic. But I don't want to do
that to my friends.
