She's being well-cared for in the nursing home.
She's lost her sight for some time now and spends most of the day asleep.
The Drs say her heart is very strong which is kind of encouraging, but she's recently developed jaundice, which suggests something is now wrong with her liver.
Family have been with her, Dad is heading down to London today.
I suspect the end may be near, so I wish to record that at age 96 and in the frailest of health I am proud of my grandma, from whom I take my name - the last surviving member of the irish immigrants that brought the Healys to England and love her to bits, even - no, especially - the irascible parts.

Thanks guys. I'm putting some recent photos of her up onto Flickr from her Birthday in October and some more recent, plus the one and only photograph (I took) of her where she was smiling.
Dad called today said she was a sack of bones, asleep all the time and very yellow, so it's not looking too good, but she's tough as boots is my gran, so it's coming soon but not quite yet.
