I wrote about it in my journal... but the short story of what I understand so far is that someone planted a small bomb in someone's trashcan, it went off, she pulled the alarm, the police came and locked down the building for 2 hours so they could do a search. And that's all I know so far. 
Hall meeting tomorrow at 8. We'll see what they have to say for themselves.
