Yep, the Ghost Chili Pepper (Naga/Bhut Jolokia) for example. Probably slain by the Carolina Reaper ...

Never trust a chili pepper as far as you can throw it.

I can throw it farther with my hands than I can throw it up. This is fortunate.

Thank you Pierce for the kind compliment. You can have more than on animal spirit guide/animal totem (both are interchangeable) and meditation is the most reliable way of finding you animal spirit guide/animal totem. I find it meditating very difficult, so I go by their descriptions and I feel that the bear and wolf are the best matches for me.

As bee is an insect, it may reflect my interest and pursuits in making garden wildlife friendly particularly to pollinators like bees and butterflies.

There are many spirit plants in classical mythologies.

In Roman Imperial times there was a walking tree, documented in Suetonius, which was thought a harbinger of Imperial succession.

Periodically the tree would fall, but then re-root and grow again, taking a step in the process.

This was observed to coincide with successive Imperial reigns.

I shall persuade my Sloth to rent a branch in an Ent which can then carry my spirit animal around so it can enjoy the sights without having to move around by itself smiley - ok

I wish that Ents were real and could protect all our forests and woodland areas of the world.

I would like to grow a cross between an Ent and a Sequoiadendron giganteum, but I'm afraid my backyard is too small for that

By the time the sequoia is too big for your yard, it will no longer be your yard, but someone else's. Someone else's problem, in other words. smiley - biggrin

but as in all "conspiracy theories" etc - for every 1 truth, there's 1000 de-bunkers - everything gets "lost" in time
