I don't know how far you can go here; anorexic is a no no very unatractive to normal people, but I've found some slim girls bigger than fat ones. oops

I agree that Kiera Knightly is very thin, but she works in a profession where adding just a few pounds would make her ineligible for some jobs she might want. I do admit to wondering how Jennifer Aniston and Julie Andrews have stayed slim for so long, but it's none of my business anyway.
Jonah Hill is not too thin. I don't want to start anything about that, either. People can be perfectly healthy at a fairly wide range of BMI's. If they catch heat for being what nature meant them to be, that seems unfair to me. Just sayin'.

Mine's a large Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum me hearties! I think Kiera made a jolly nice however Mr Depp stole the show! He's very nice chap and a bundle of of laughs

Depp was easy to take as a because he was so funny. He was less funny as Sweeney Todd. He was downright odd as Willy Wonka , and looks even odder as the Mad Hatter .

re 262:
Kate Winslet seems to have kept her natural and healthy looking and not too slim figure over the years - but then she is a very gifted actor. Do you think that comes into the equation, paulh?

Pierce, I'm not entirely sure what your question is. You seem to be saying that Kate Winslet started out natural-looking and healthy, and has remained that way. I agree. Then you say that she is a very gifted actor. I agree. I don't agree that she has/had a "not too slim figure." In "Revolutionary Road," she seemed gaunt. I've never noticed much (if any) extra flesh on her.

Size 10 doesn't seem very extreme. There are women who are size 4 or size 2.

I think Nancy Reagan was a size 2. She probably still is.

That chart might have been accurate once. The sizes are totally arbitrary these days, though. Depending on the shop, I'm something between an M and and XXL...

My seventeen year old daughter, yes it's the same money pit that thinks I such a freak , varies between a size 8 and 10 UK depending on the shop, and believe me when we (Mrs Norti and I) have to go shopping with her that's a LOT of shops.
She's 5' 10" UK imperial, don't ask me what that is in metric, I'm too old Doesn't appear in anyway different from the rest of her peer group. Gets the length from her mother, not me

My ex wife is like a fat Kylie Minogue, but she was a thin one until I after was dragged at gunpoint to the church.

Isn't it amazing Us guys marry beautiful svelte women, then insist on inflating them with children
I suppose it makes us guys feel better in our middle age, like me, when we pile on the pounds around our tummies Along with the ubiquitous blokeish behaviour of farting in bed and thinking it's funny to sneak the duvet over their heads, rummaging without shame etc.
Girls, when you realise the gentleman you married is just a slob like all the others and forgets your birthdays and anniverseries, just get used to it
Now I'd better duck,, now I've pulled the pin on Mr Grenade with that one
