*beleidigt* (I love that word)
The test for speaking Bavarian was if you could pronounce
"euchkatzelschwaif" which was supposed to mean squirrel's tail....

It means squirrel´s tail
I guess "brechtlingsgselz" (strawberryjam) is the swebian equivalent...
well, no, I guess there are a few worse ones about...

We used to say something along the lines of
"the Preuss is nice but the Bayer is higher"

I'll take that , E, but I am not sure I am a 'true european'. Many of us danes aren't, you know
And I'm not even sure i am a 'true dane'. I feel more and more cosmpolitic as the years go bye - and I was brought up to be very nationalistic, mind you.
Anyway, the traditional danish tonguetwister for foreigners is 'rødgrød med fløde' (red fruit juice thickened with cornflour and served with cream)

I was thinking about the nationalistic bit in me, earlier on... I asked pheloxi* about the dutch vote...
I guess I am no nationality, I´ve just got a british passport, and the rest of it you saw in Esbjerg Well, I do have a love for small unionjacks I wave on stations

*has a look at size and age of the Union Jack*
Yes, could be a derivative...
