Now that would be a little tricky to work out - I assume most Pirates can't read - so how would they know, being as the groups were labelled A - H!!??!!

I watched the turks fight the south coreans for the bronze medals with a lady friend who knows next to nothing about (yes, E, even less than you )

When the refs got their medals after the match she asked me "why do *they* get medals?"

I told her FIFA had reasoned that they were the only ones worthy of medals - and she believed it until the turks received their bronze medals

"Oh", she said. "Now they get medals as well. What do the south coreans get then?"

I told her "they get one hour to leave the country"
