thanks dear
we are slowly coming to terms with the fact that he is not around any more. it helps to know that he died very peacefully. he was sitting comfortably in his chair watching tv and then suddenly he just wasn't around any more. if you have to go this is the best way to do it, i think.

my uncle wanted to die on top of 20 year old gorgeous blonde with a cigar in his left hand and a bottle of whisky in his right, shot in the back by her jealous husband
however i don't have the same fantasies.
i would like her to be 24...

Woohoo!
Happy Hootoo Birthday Pierce! I think mine is this month also, but I don't remember how many years it's been... Gee I wish that were the case with my real age!

you know, we childish people have this motto: "age is just a state of mind". it probably just is a bad excuse for all the things we say and/or do, but hey, who cares?

er, i believe a lot of people who know me very well would say that it surely doesn't seem that way
btw: my good friend ottox (one of the researchers that i have met in RL) tells me: "I can't tell you when you first posted. But it's true that you registered 27/1 2000 (a Thursday) - so happy belated birthday! To be more precise, you registered a few minutes past 11 in the morning, and about three quarters of an hour later you activated your userpage, A254242".
thank you ottox
now on with the party
