and it's a cop out as well GT, they record it during the day (I think ?) when it's warmer AND not during the night when freezing temps

More or less better here. The SS (Social Service, but some of the ladies must be closely related to the older one) pay 70% of the gas I use. The other 30% they deduce as used for cooking, and poor people are not entitled to have warm meals. What about mulled wine, for fogssake?
