I've said this to many a friend (not hootoo)

You hear about the bad stuff that goes on, between online friendships/in many "media platforms/dating places etc"

BUT! Since 2008and ON a media platform, I have made some friends that will last a lifetime (and who knows ? even beyond)

Money can't but THAT, trust has to be earn't

I know what you mean, I've laughed and said I made more friends online during lockdown than I did in the "Real" world and I have met them in real life

last nightnot so much as Civ' 6 more "angry birds" (I have 6 in the series)

Give lil my best, I've had good news, I've finally got all my support payments coming to me, I can finally breathe and make plans to be free to live my life

Lil's visit to myself and being at jnrs home, was shortened due to an extra over 1 hr being held up with road repairs on the way here and having to set off back earlyagain! Hitting over 1 hr "hold-ups" Alas! No alternatives routes home

The made it worthwhile though

From t'other side of the Pennines to here, takes Lil about a couple of hours -ish "normally"
I've no transport so it "hurts" not to go over there..

The same as where you live - visiting makes major difficulties

But! You can't say what could happen in the future ?

Bit of a tiring weekend, spent it making poppies in the local scout hall. Made an poppy covered anchor for a local shop which will go on our war memorial

rest up if poss' recharge the batteries ok

As for me Saturday, the modest super mesuccumbed to a "human" chesty/mucus cough - bugger!

cough linctus plus Scottish water of life kill or cure

I'm recovering, finally got my pip notification, and my blue badge and bus pass applications are finished and sent off

"I'm recovering" = take whatever measures are needed to achieve that ok

pip/badge/pass etc - my fingers are crossed(of course)

Actually! I've had that since birth
Having a curvature of the spine, knowing as such as age moves on, I'd have "medical issues" that "normal folk ageing wouldn't have"

But I take whatever life chucks at me and just say (Yorkshire speak) It'll be rait!! Just get on with it.

I do not have any negative thoughts enter my head Negative is thinking is NOT an option I've "seen" mates etc from being mega fit etc - drop like flies (in health or kicked the bucket)
