Last night = 25%/30% Civ' 6 + 70%/75% Scottish "Water of life"

I wasn't here either, couldn't sign in

I actually dreadlosing "contact" with hootoo.
Because as you know, I don't do any other "social media sites"

That way! I couldn't give a toss on what anyone says about meand ONLY close friends etc have my personal details - NOT the whole bloody world

If I lost hootoo, my contact with youwould then be email only as such

I just wish they'd get the bloody server sorted

Actually, it's NOT a fault with Hootoo.
"our" host site got hacked a while back and that is what is causing all "our" problems etc, much of "back threads/posts" were wiped out
But alas! "we" don't get any assistance from our host site, for "our" problems..
It's a complicated issue and I haven't a clue, to give any form of an answer apart from - I have been told to be patient
I respect and trust who told me that

Stuart used to do a lot of server repairs

In 1972/3 - If the "co-op" had trained me properly in tv repair
Instead of me learning myself on the job as such
I'd have kept up with tv/video and pc's as they came (online)
I had the chance of going to Australia as a tv repair "teacher" if the co-op had given me THAT training

I guess learning on the job was a big thing

"their" excuse was:- We'd have to take someone in the repair shop off his job, to train you

Our shop was in Castleford, our repair shop was in Huddersfield

A "cop-out" as they say

I went every Friday morning over there, I'd take the tv's that "we" couldn't repair in a customers house and to "stock up" on parts for me and the other tv engineer I worked alongside

Sounds about right for the 70s

I've said to many people, including family that throughout my life every time "a door has opened" as soon as I put a foot to it - it closes!

I've "missed out" on many opportunities!
But it's life and I have never allowed ANY event! To Bring me down

I'm like one of those "kelly doll" like things that Budgies haveKnock it over and it just stands up etc again!
