Hey ladies and gentlemen, I'm finally back, its much easier using this with a laptop and not my phone.
Just a little update...wheelchair rugby is going very well we have our 1st main sponsor called Prism Medical, we have our team shirts and I think we will enter the league later this year. I did manage to get started at the gym with friends but they`ve changed so im waiting to go with other friends, I found that my legs were stronger than i thought, as I started on 50kg on both legs and I could do 30kg with each leg and that worked its way up to 60kg both and 40 each then 70kg both and 50 each, I only weigh 85kg ish` so im rather happy with that, although I have a lack of places to try and walk I do try taking steps in various places sometimes with success sometimes not so good, but little bits of progress are better than nothing at all.

Well done we have followed your progress with interest all this time and are pleased and proud of your progress.

What you have been through takes a strong will and courage keep it up

Very shortly, PJ is taking part along with other team players etc from the gym he goes to for wheelchair rugby they are going to do a "push" across the Humber bridge and back, I don't know what they are pushing ??
buts it's to help raise funds for wheelchairs and equipment etc for the club

no thanks they are pushing themselves in their chairs and it's about a mile and half across and then back, he's doing it this Monday just hope the weather stays ok for them
