(Not Much) About Me
I'm very tired at the moment because I've been enjoying the delights of London far too much. I expect this to continue for at least the next three years. This is partially the fault of Count Indigo, Felchley B. Hawkes and the Karminsky Experience.
Other than that, I'm a late-20 something, currently working for BTopenworld as the Sport channel producer. All terribly exciting and we're having a lovely time.
Look out for my band, Hoss, playing at a Club Beer gig neer you (in London) sometime soon.
SETI@home
I'm truly bored at the moment while I update this entry, but let me tell you about SETI@home. These chaps are using the combined power of thousands of computers world-wide to process radio signals received at the Arecibo radio telescope from across the cosmos. Some people are involved in the project because they want to discover a radio signal from another civilisation and prove that we are not alone, whilst others want to show that aliens don't exist at all. (These latter groups are generally fundamental Christians and can be found holed-up in Montana with stocks of tinned food and shotgun shells.) Me, I'm in for the fame and money. You can too, by joining the H2G2 SETI@home group.
