I think I'd call that a ziggurat rather than a pyramid.

I'm impressed that they just 'appeared' smiley - magic

This correlates well with the theory that they were alien inventions in the ancient world. I wonder if history is repeating itself smiley - bigeyes

Do you remember the camel who said he'd walk a mile for a ziggurat.

Let’s have a look at what’s coming up on Babylonian TV later this evening.

At 17:30 Lucy Alexander looks at the ziggurat market in ‘Homes Under the Hammurabi’.

At 18:00 Monty Don discusses pergolas in ‘Hanging Gardener’s World’.

Our late film at 20:00 stars Sean Connery as James Bond in ‘Nebuchadnezzar Again’.

Has this morphed into the pun thread when I wasn't looking?

Wait, I think I'm the guilty party who started the segue.

Sorry!

I gave up a while ago. I decided I can't make a good enough argument to convince my father to seek osteopathy or not. He seems resigned to constant excruciating pain for his remaining days. He's given up even his little bit of craft work lately and is trying to find a new craft he can do while sitting, (chip carving/whittling). As he'd never even heard of an osteopath, considering his long ordeal with rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, and now scoliosis, I don't think there is much of it practiced in this area. (Even though nearby Houston is home the largest medical complex in the world.)

I'm sorry about his pain. If pain isn't the last frontier, you can see it from there.
