OMG I copied the same sentence and was gonna ask about
the 'several days' bit. That just doesn't sound right; there's
something they aren't telling us - about cheese, firefighters,
tunnels... something. Maybe it was on some sort of secondary
roadway that no one minded being closed for a while or the
area was in desperate need of something to do. I dunno, it
all sounds cheesy to me.
