Aaaaaa!!! I love sketchy--I was going to include it on my list, too. I say it at some point every day.
Irregardless is another good one. As in "Irregardless of your position in an established law firm, Mr. Yeltsin, you're still sketchy in my book."
Bitte is spelled just like that.

Effluvia (not a disease, though it does sound like a good one, doesn't it?)
Copacetic (very cool word)
Also... I think the word Adrian meant is diphthong.
And here's a word I don't like: triumph. getting out an 'f' sound right after an 'm' sound always messes me up. trying to sing it in church is the worst!

Some more:
warble - especially when used with garble, and farble. as in HHGTTG, Vogon poetry "garble farble warble" makes me smile whether i'm reading out loud or not.
frabjous - 'Jabberwocky' in its entirety really. a great poem
prarie chicken - two words, i know, but if you've ever seen one then you know why i like it.
asparagus - especially if i repeat it over and over.
and... any word spoken with the accent of the Trade Federation in EI:TPM.
*i have found that hanging upside down, or putting my legs on a chair seat while lying on my back in front of said chair and repeating ANY word makes me laugh. if you haven't tried it you should.

The thing to do now would be to compile all these words and try to put together a coherent story with them.
