Oh, actually, no they're not - hover your mouse over them - they tell which other search engines have found them. The more stars, the more other engines have found them, and I guess that's an indicator of how stable etc they are.

I'm not getting anything when I hover (in Safari or Firefox) 
And all the hits have only one star.
