Nbcdnzr, the dragon was slain, and there was much rejoicing Posted Nov 2, 2004
If it's going to take this long, I'll have to find the answer myself.
It was a Kurosawa film, but the wrong one. Yojimbo was the right answer.
Next question: Wich movie was co-written by the imaginary twin brother of the script-writer?

After a little searching on IMDb I found it. Wendie Jo Sperber played Tom's love interest in the tv series Bosom Buddies, and his mom 4 years later in Bachelor Party.

But anyway, your turn, I'm not Nbcdnzr!
