birth laws, rather like trafic lights, lol. it ok to have kids and then it isnt.
each city state is designed to hold a fixed number of people(with redundaant capacity).
with certain types of skills.
when the city has grown to the right size it splits of a splinter colony same as cells.
ive been working on a list of materials that are 100% recyclable or renewable. others will do the same.
all recycling to be done by the state.
non of this airy fairy put this in this bag and that in the glass bank.
technologies are ment to fix it so we dont have to.
as we contialy evolve we are bound to reach a point where we can colonise every system and soon enough build our own mobile worlds.
(i think we have to do this, because the idea that the big bang thing will all pull back together in nothing again, well hopefully we can just use our engines.
eventually we will figure out how the stuff got here in the first place and start making our own realities.
yes that is the right word, for thos who babble about physics.
truth and fact have already shown that the laws of physics are not universaly exact. and where there is difference there is modulation, and where there is modulation there is the opportuinity to figure out how...
immposibe..impossible, you cry.
well i say as long as we continue to live and learn.
anything is possible over a long enough time.
RHINO HORN
i dont bloody know .
chess piesec, ashtrayt, keyboard buttons. whatever the world needs thattype of material for i suppose, its just renewable, as long as we have a sun.

My son tells me that apparently the whole population of the Earth (standing up)would fit on to the Isle of Wight.

I remember hearing that, too. Don't know if it's true though.
2 observations:
1. Wouldn't it sink?
2. Is this statistic taking account of the new-model, plus-sized American citizen?

Not to mention slipped disks!
But seriously folks, aren't rhinos an endangered species? So just how 'renewable' are they?

A Super Furry Animal Posted Jul 24, 2004
I think the point that he was trying to make, in a roundabout kind of way, was that rhinos would no longer be endangered under his "system", and that their horns could be harvested once they died. As with so many of his ideas, great in concept, but sadly lacking in detail, or attention to reality.

Hmm. Encased in wood, maybe. Not actually *made from* wood. The components still look suspiciously electronic-plastic-silicon-based.

Hey RF, G. must be rubbing off, I'm becoming a progeny of the *not exactly*.
I dunno, details, details, details.

"to put an end to human death by whatever means neccisary."
Who wants to live forever? I don`t.
The name for your Political system should be: Fishes.
You know why? Because only fishes could live in that system. Maybe. I`m not a fish, so I`m not sure.
Beside that, I need a visa for almost any country in the whole world, because I was born in the wrong place? I wish that you have that problem, because after that you would never talk about "closed borders". I feel as a citizen of this planet and I have a problem about any person who wants to divide it into a sheepfolds.
