So you vant to be a Jedi!
KimotoCat Posted May 1, 2000
Siliconkid, mmh?
Silicon based lifeforms usually droids or other artificials, mmh?
Droids can not hold the Force, me thinks.
Can not follow the path to the light side, mmh? Feel cheated, hmm?
BTW - didn't say you become master YET, hmm? Just say you fail to act with grace needed, yes? But patience will be of value, hmm?
Let's bot relax, be patient and ignore the SiliconDarkPathDude.
N.O.

Dizzy H. Muffin Posted May 1, 2000
Righto! I am more or less an expert at ignoring irritating people, as I can be one myself.

Nope. Sorry, you must be using a really crap monitor, or you fell for my optical illusion. Check my nickname. Count the L's.
S I L >L< I C O N K I D
So that means that I'm not based on Si, it means I have a symbiotic relationship with all products made with it.
And as for the dark side, I think you'll find that every person is the embodyment of both good and evil, it's the way we are.

Dizzy H. Muffin Posted May 3, 2000
Apology given.
Anyway, in case you were too busy dishing out insults to people who happen to like Pokémon, this forum is primarily about becoming a Jedi, except that there's an unwritten rule against staying on subject, so that's where we happened to land on.
Did you know that computers contain gold and silver as well as silicon? Not enough to buy a Gameboy, I'm sure, but there still is some.

KimotoCat Posted May 7, 2000
But definitely not enough to but the new 1GigaHertz Pentium III processor.
Strangely enough, you cannot raise enough money from recykling your old comp to buy a new one.
Weird world.
Oh, and BTW apology to you, Silllllllliconkid. I know what it's like to have a weird nome-de-net, now don't I? But at least, people like us are rarely mistaken for somebody else.
But that doesn't mean you get to become a jedi!
Nor that you don't...

Dizzy H. Muffin Posted May 7, 2000
Righto. Incidentally, I know a researcher named "Aerol Nex." Hard for anyone else to come up with that name by accident, eh?
So you vant to be a moviestar!
KimotoCat Posted May 8, 2000
Know what you mean.
I decided on KimotoCat after a while of using just Kimoto. Then I ran into HOTMAIL and discovered that somebody ELSE had used Kimoto. I added Cat for several reasons that may - or may not - seem logical to people who know me and since then, I have never met anybody else with my nickname.
Should you, for some reason, care about my reasons; go check out my H2G2-homepage and read the explanation under 'What's in a name'. It's a forum, you shouldn't have trouble finding it.
Otherwise, stay healthy and remember to eat nutritious foods.

Then, of course, there's Mewtwo, Vekura (both the same researcher), and Mew (now a different researcher from them but still done by the same "bozo at the computer"). Do you know how many different words have "mew" in them? Mewtwo, Bartholomew, somewhere, somewhat, etc.

Hmm ... I thought the Force was embraced by all religions, except Catholicism which believes that deviation in any way leads to the Dark Side -- er, Hell. In other words, "Believe God loves you or he'll send you to Hell forever."
Besides, except in extreme circumstances, you aren't SUPPOSED to stay on subject!
So you vant to be a moviestar!
KimotoCat Posted May 17, 2000
That's right! No staying on same issue here!
BTW - where are you guys planning on going during the summer?
So you vant to be a Jedi!

You completely sad bastards. 18 & 31 year olds knowing anything about Pokémon is appaling. My six-year-old godson grew out of it weeks ago!!!
So you vant to be a Jedi!
Dizzy H. Muffin Posted May 22, 2000
You don't have to rub your own opinions in anyone else's face just because they differ from yours. And I'm not even FIFTEEN yet.
Incidentally, if you're going to ask us to get a life, tell me: what are you doing with enough time on your hands to find something on the H2G2?
Oh, I almost forgot: my parents were married.
So you vant to be a Jedi!
jamin.r Posted May 25, 2000
I was refering to Rat and KimotoCat. Plus, I never told you to get a life or claimed that I had one either! I know I'm a sad asshole and I accept it. Oh, and sorry to hear about your parents.
