Someone has sent me an e-mail and used the word 'biopup' and said 'you know what that means!'. Unfortunately, I don't. Anyone with any ideas?

I think maybe we should consider the bi- and the -up. The mind boggles - I think I should ask the sender and reveal I'm not a man of the world.

Maybe if you split it into three parts 'bi op up'. 'Op' usually means operation to my way of thinking.
Which means I really don't want to think about the context the operation seems to find itself in!
