How do you remove an operating system from your computer?

I have XP home and i cannot get any Davilex Games to run
Using compatability wizard does not work, and last time i checked the tech support on the Davilex website for xp said that wasn't ofering help for it and that you should have sp1 installed, which i do ... with all "critical" updates as there appear on my task bar.
How do you remove an operating system from your computer?

silly question have you had a look at you firwall you might have it configured to stop "critical parts on the Davilex " communicateing with the web or even files on your hard drive that are "shared files"
other than that ,can you reload "the Davilex " pro and try and run it from inside another "game" you know like "flash,quiketime msn" or try different browsers, linux based as opposed to win.
