Did you see Cold Feet last night?
Alkland - In need of a SHIBBY! Posted Mar 10, 2003
Absolutely. A bit of a shock too cause we never read the TV guide or anything so we had no idea that was going to happen. A sad but engrossing episode. And wonderfully well acted by all methinks!

The first hour was soooo funny, but the end was very sad.
It was all very well done. I knew that there was a funeral coming up and it was pretty well advertised that someone would be making a final appearance last night, but even so the timing was top class.
I was literally stunned when it happened.

Oh fergawdsake tell me!
It's my birthday tomorrow and I'm getting quite enough 'wait and see' sort of stuff - don't do this to me! You've got to do what I say - it's my birthday tomorrrow!

I agree; it was very upsetting. I'm sure I wasn't the only one shouting 'Stop looking at your tapes! Put the radio on!'
It was quite a weekend for traumatic televisual moments though; that and Sonia on 'Reborn in the USA' have scarred me.

All happy cos her and Adam had just in the nick of time bought their house (was up for auction) just got off the phone with Adam 'I really love you, Adam' and trying to find a tape in the glove compartment... lorry crashed into her car and another crashed into the other side. Head injury... Her mobile was ringing in the wreckage (it was Karen) as she was taken into the ambulance and a policeman answered it. That's how they all found out. A very, very sad Adam. Heart failed in the middle of the night. What about little Matthew?

I soooo didn't see it coming. I was thinking 'I wonder what music she's going to put on' then 'she's taking a long time with that tape' then 'no really, she should be keeping her eyes on the road' and then 'No!' out loud and my hands were over my eyes. Got a bit tearful after that...

This series is the first I've seen. A couple of my mates mates raved about it so I started watching this new series to give it a go. Hooked after the first one!

Let's face it, anytime there's shots of someone furking around in a glovebox whilst driving, you just *know* there's going to be a pile-up...
