could you tattoo a dead body...I thought the healing process was important in a tattoo being successful, dead people cant heal

FiedlersFizzle Posted Jan 14, 2003
That may be true, I have no idea how tattooing works... if anybody wants to tattoo my dead body, I'll leave them to deal with the consequences
Yeah Bob, I'm from 'Brissle', you don't speak with that godforsaken accent do you?

BobTheFarmer Posted Jan 14, 2003
Im a partial accent case. Which is pretty amazing seen as I've lived here all my life.
So whereabouts are you too, im in Knowle(not Knowle West)?

"Also I wouldn't have thought it was an assumption to want to look beautiful on your wedding day ? "
People get tattoos because they think they look nice (among other reasons). I think I look as good with them, as I did without them.

I didn't bring up about being beautiful. This was Saturnine's comment
Quote:
'why is it such a condition that because I am female I must want to look pretty and beautiful on my wedding day?

Hey Bob, local meself but my accent remains firmly hidden (unless I'm tired, drunk or just forget myself... knit?). I reside in Warmley but work right in the middle...
Do you think you might like to clarify to those not familiar with Bristol why you were particular about living in Knowle and not Knowle West?

Do you mean the fact that in Knowle West 1 in 10 is a smack addict, and it is a hive of joyriders, muggers, and crackheads?
See, when you live in Knowle, there isnt anything worth nicking in Knowle West, so they come here... We've had 3 cars nicked off of our drive (despite being protected with insurance approved steering wheel locks), oh and we've even had all the pizzas and a load of meat stolen from our outdoors freezer before...

Had a police sign on a lampost round by us once saying 'car thieves operating in this area'... no-one I know got anything stolen though... or damaged. The thing you'll notice about Warmley is the quiet... lovely

'why is it such a condition that because I am female I must want to look pretty and beautiful on my wedding day?'
Call me a chauvinist, but I would have said that any female who _doesn't_ want to look pretty and/or beautiful doesn't stand much chance of getting married.

Believe it or not I used to know Warmely reasonably well. My mum plays hockey at Kingswood school(or whatever its called) So when me and my kid brother were kids we used to go on massive exploration missions. It was before the ring road was there though...

why do people who are in to "the baoddy art culture" or whatever its called these days (theres always somthin to do with tattoes some times its a type or music or its punk or gothe oit chages quicker than I change mym socks) any way why do they look down there nose at people who get celtic bands and other tribla markings. ime irish celtic bands are part of my heratidge thats why I was intersted in getting one, but some people would atuomaticlly deside its part of the trend.

Citizen S Posted Jan 14, 2003
I'd before Saturnine catches you saying that. Reasonable enough point as long as you agree that a man wouldn't stand much chance either if he didn't want to make the effort for his big day

Yes - it's a bit condescending to look down at other's choices whilst considering theirs to be of a higher meaning and more significant.

Where the heck is Warmley? Am I being incredibly ignorant?
Knowle West - the last place I would walk through
And considering the fact that I stopped my comments, it is only mature that you stop yours IamUNANIMOUS...otherwise I might start again, and point out why you annoy me...
