Do you sleep in strange positions?

Zantic - Who is this woman??

I don't know what I did...it still hurts. smiley - cry May have to go get some ibuleve or the like.

I usually sleep in a semi foetal position with no preference to side and arm under the pillow. I sometimes wake up (after dreaming of being suffocated) on my tummy with head face down on the pillow (explains the dream I suppose)

Usually I just sleep led on my back, or on my side. but the other night when I went out with me student friend in Cardiff, I slept incredibly strangely. We got in and he put up the camp bed, I stood at the end, fell forward flat onto my face on the bed, and he chucked my sleeping bag over me. I woke up next morning in exactly the the same position. My nose was flat, and all the stuff in my pockets and the knot of my jumper which was still tied around my waist had dug into me all night. It hurt.
Strange thing is I usually move around a lot in my sleep.

"...I stood at the end, fell forward flat onto my face on the bed..."

unusual method of getting into bed, remind me _never_ to try that one!

And the amount of alcohol inducement? (I've done that sort of thing before...and ditto with the moving int he sleep thing)

Alchohol inducement = huge.
I had to prove how I could drink students under the table remember.

Zantic...don't worry I used to regularly get a stiff neck when I was at school, some days it would be stuck straight up and turning in any direction would hurt like hell, most times it would be stuck to one side (like I was holding a phone between my head and my shoulder) and I wouldn't be able to lift it properly.

It always wore off by the evening (fantastic excuse to stay off school!), the best way to loosen it quickly is to gradually move it against the pain a little bit at a time, eventually it gets easier and you can move it further.

Best get it loosened before you go to bed tonight though or it will be twice as bad tomorrow.
