See I'm just not memorable enough!I did tell everyone that I was turning 50 on the 7th of October but it seems to have been gone unnoticed despite all of my efforts. However you did notice that I exist so that's something.
Incog.

Um, I hate to break it to you, but it seems Amy+ was right about getting confused with other, much younger (h2g2-wise anyway) Amys... *I'm* the one that gets emailed to meets! (And I'd go IRL if they weren't mostly in the UK, somewhere in Europe, or on the East Coast... (I'm in California))

Hmmm.
In RL i find it quite annoying. My real name is Wai-Gong (Im half-chinese), every single person I've met or been introduced to in the last 3 years (ok maybe not everyone but you'd be amazed how many), say when introduced, 'Oh, so you're Wai-Gong'
What have you heard?
What have people been saying?
Whats funnier is when I get people saying, 'oh yeah, someone I know knows you, I remember then mentioning your name' And I ask who this person is,
And I have no idea who they are?
This has happened more than once. Scary, am I being stalked?
But I like my name, keeps me nice and individual.

Doh! Did the 'post message' before I was ready.
Again.
Just wanted to say that those are the reasons why i am BobTheFarmer. A little mundaneness to combat the difference of my name...

Hmmm..you are so deep, oh Bob the Wai-Gong. Sometimes I'd appreciate a little more anonymity with the name thing. My first and last name combination is, I'm convinced, entirely unique..so psychoes wanting to find my street address needn't search very hard

I have actually had a stalker.
When I was like 16
Not an interesting psycho type stalker, but a sad girl who used to come to her friends house in the road behind me and come and stare at my house. And always turn up at the parties I went to. She also offered me a fiver to get off with her. Obviously I refused.
Im pretty sure Im the only Wai-Gong in Bristol. I dont know how common it is in China though. It would be interesting to find out. If you seach on the internet you just get kung-fu pages! Which is kinda cool. It actually means Great Joy funnily enough.

Now I am confused, I swear their was a picture on your U-space. I have obviously gone mad.
*Hopes B doesnt realise who the stalker really is*

I'd like to be remembered, but not for being a stalker or for being stalked.... good thing I'm not either then!
