Anyone recall Artemis 81? dreadful rubbish, that has luckily only been broadcast once by the BBC- features Sting - I'd imagine he pays the BBC an annual bribe not to show it.

Pamela Sue Martin. Can't complain.
Well, other than that the film is s***e
Poseidon adventure 2. Now there's a film that deserves its place in this thread.

the Posiedon Adventure is ace!
However, Return to the Posiedon Adventure (with Michael Caine who sure can pick 'em) is an even bigger pile of poopy pants.
Can I put musicals as my top bottom genre? How do they all know the words? Why do they dance the same steps?

Kelli - go see Lars Von Trier's Dancer in the Dark. It's a musical within a Dogme-style drama. It's very good. But not for everyone, as not everyone likes Bjork.

Er, just posted this on the *best* thread by mistake!
Worst movie of all time, and I really think this one can take on all challengers: Hydra, 1982.
Here's S. Crow's plot summary from the imdb:
"A mad scientist (and apparent former Nazi) unleashes his master plan: to transform himself into a mutated walking catfish, gain revenge on those who have spurned him, and kidnap nubile young women to similarly transform so that he can breed. Or something like that. "
as I recall a team of govt specialists are called in to thwart the creatures evil plans, which they eventually manage, despite seeming to find the clumsy, slow-moving creature rather a handful.
it's pretty strong stuff, I can tell you

Worst is subjective Spaceman SPiff.
Plan 9 from Outer Space is *totally* unbeatable as it's pantsness boreders on the Genius.
It is *always* voted as the worst film ever made.
However. It is just *so* bad that it is also probably the funniest movie ever made. I just love it

Fair enough, can't argue with that.

The Ghost of Polidari Posted Jul 11, 2002
I'll start with 3, and come back with the other seven later. These are the three I wanted my money back for having to watch at the cinema :
The Avengers
Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (stick to Shakespeare!)
The Assassin (pants US remake of La Femme Nikita, which was brilliant)
Actually number 4 - most ill-thought out, worthless sequel, bearing no relation to the first, has to be Xtro 2. Hopefully none of you has seen it. Hopefully none of you will...

Velvet Goldmine(forced to watch it by my daughter)it's the most embarrassing pile of poo and starring Ewan MacGregor.
Any Austen Powers film(in fact any Mike Myers film)
Escape to Victory
Citizen Kane(have never seen why this film has topped the top ten film lists for 40 odd years)
All the Planet of the Apes films(not seen the latest but I bet it's just as c**p).
That's all I can think of for now.I'll be back with more.
Incog.

Can't be as bad as Xtro II, surely?
