It was a beautiful day here in MN usa too. But I slept with the windows open last night for the first time in the season and realized this morning that I have developed full blown allergies.

Canberra, 7:55pm Friday 16 April.
We had about three minutes of rain a short while ago; not enough to form puddles. Now there's the most amazing electrical storm happening. Enough lightning to read by. It's about 18C, down from 30C at lunchtime.
The thing is, four years ago at about this time, we had snow.
Ivan.

Back in London - Friday 16th around 4pm. Sunny and warm. Some scattered clouds. About 16-18c. Quite pleasant really. Just tucking into my first (of many) sunshine beers!
Happy weekend everyone!!

We just had some good sized thunderstorms last night in Minnesota, and we even lost power for a while. There was wind, hail, leaky windows/doors, funnel clouds, and all sorts of fun stuffs. Also, the temp. dropped 30 degrees F in about 12 hours. All in all, a good show!

Lovely day, slightly overcast, 27 degrees in my office, 30+ outside.
Strange to think that it was about 13 degrees this time 2 weeks ago.
