It's a grey overcast morning. It has been raining most of the night and is still raining on and off this morning. The current temperature is about 15c. There's a fair breeze as well making it feel decidedly cool for summer

After the warm from last week (hottest were Friday and Saturday with temperatures of 32 °C and indoors it was 27 °C. Now it has become a lot cooler and there have been showers of rain on Tuesday and Wednresday. Today it has been cloudy but since 16:00 the clouds have dispersed and there have been some sunny spells. In all it has been quite a breezy day.

The temperature is 20 °C. Wind: 30 at SW mph
Humidity: 48%

Chicago, just about 3PM. It's hot. 39°C, 61% humidity. Wind around 10mph. The warmth wouldn't be so bad if not for the humdity. It wouldn't bother me except my air conditioning isn't running properly (it's cooling, but not enough) and it's 26°-28°C in the house... I prefer to keep it around 24°-25°C in summer.

Indoor temperature 22°C and that is in the shadest part of my flat so outside it will be at least 24°C to 25°C. Started off with clear skies at 7:00 am and the sky now is full of scattered white cumulus clouds. Not so windy as yesterday at 17 mph SW. The humidity is now at 82%.

Chicago, 5:30AM. 22C at the moment, expected high 35C. Should be 30-35C for at least the next couple of weeks. No point in posting every day, then. At least it has cooled off inside- it's a comfy 23C in here.

Indoor temperature 22°C and that is in the shadest part of my flat so outside it will be at least 24°C to 25°C. But the online weather forecasts from yahoo and google all say it's 17 °C. As yesterday it started off with clear skies with brillian strong sunshine but as they day will wear on it will become cloudier and windier and much colder by lunch time it will be overcast and by tonight it will be clear again. Not so windy as yesterday at 15 mph SW but will probably go up to 25mph or even 30mph by the afternoon. The humidity is now at 68%.

(My upstairs neighbour is talking very loudly on her telephone, it's so loud that it sounds as though she is the next room to me)

Cloudy and misty skies, feels very humid and early very week sunny spells and the top temperature now is 26°C.

Much, much cooler. Only about 26°C now and they're forecasting nothing warmer than 30°C for the next several days. That's a relief- the a/c didn't even need to run last night. 90% humidity this morning, and overcast, with a good chance of rain later today.

After early brilliant sunshine and clear skies, clouds quickly built up and now mostly the whole sky is covered in clouds. There are occasional sunny spells when there are breaks in the clouds and as yesterday it will be clear again by the evening. The temperature now is 23°C and is expected to rise another 3 degrees.

Temps are moderate, 31C with a 15 knot wind. Looks like we'll be gearing up for our first wash and blow dry starting Thursday night. Not much to it at this point, with max winds forecast at 50 knots. There has been a lot of rain in Puerto Rico and Hispaniola. They will send out the hurricane hunter aircraft tomorrow as it rounds Turks and Caicos.

Ah, summer, when the balmy breezes blow...
