Onomatopoeia
I love that word and what it means. I love the fact that I learnt to spell it when I was 7 and won a spelling competition because of it! I also love to think of onomatopoeiac words... *buzz* *crash* *whirr* *clang* *hiss* *purr* *squeak* *mumble* *hush* *boom* ...and try to come up with more. My favourite one is *plop*

Eviscerate...Has to be my favourite word. I like 's' words. Sharp, scintillating...But Eviscerate is definitely the word I love the most...

I love Welsh place names - Llanfairfach, Llandudno, Rhondda etc - not sure about the spelling, but pronounced properly they're just lovely.

OK, this may sound dumb, but I find the most beautiful words are the ones that we don't have a word for...
the word for the cozy time between fully awake and fully asleep
The touch of the side of a nose on the back edge of your neck
wet wind with a bit of a chill in it that seems to make all of your senses come alive...
Stating that I love the word omnipotent.
