I haven't got a clue. The latest development here (Germany) is that they're doing advertisements in French. Nobody here speaks French.
I've heard a song of the German (Roger Cicero) on the radio today. Why don't they teach people how to pronounce words anymore? When I was still singing in our choir, our conductor insisted that the pronunciation was perfectly clear.
