Brian Eno - Weightless
Though it is an excellent track, from the majestic 'Apollo', I'm only half-listening to it, but I just *had* to add a posting to stop the previous page of 20 results being the most recent one.
I once knew a (genius) programmer called Jimmy Sharman, but the mental imagery involved in imagining his boxers was rather too much for me.

I suggest you google it, then, Potholer. Frankly, it's disturbing...far more than a programmer in his underwear.

Steve Hillage - Earthrise.
a) You never met this particular Jimmy Sharman. I did.
b) I did just Google - thank Christ for that - it's only a song title, I thought it might be a *band*...

Ah, but did you find out about the story behind Jimmy Sharman's Boxers?

Jah Shaka - Dance Wicked
I was relieved enough to find out there wasn't a connection, but having looked again, it is quite interesting.

Just saw the musical onstage for the second time, and now I've been listening to it for several days straight.

Well now, I've been out to the library this evening and come back with The Best Of The Doors, which comes with an alleged "bonus" disc - the upshot of which is that I'm listening to the Ibizarre Remix of "Riders On The Storm".
It's actually not as bad as you might imagine... compared to the Club Mix, anyway.
