Who came first? I've always wondered.
Gotta say I like Bob's lyric (Oy Oy Oy...)better than the Splits' (Tra La La...)
I suspect that Bob and his pals spent too many Saturday mornings smokin' a spliff in front of the tube, watching cartoons and kids' shows and picked up the catchy tune.
Sounds a lot like how I spent much of the Sixties...
