I will watching
Journey of Life
BBC 1 Thu May 05 8:55 PM
(60 min., Education/Science/Factual Topics)
Steve Leonard discovers how living things first grew wings and how all flying animals are descended from just four ancestors who achieved the miracle of flight. Along the way he'll meet the world's most spectacular flying creatures, from houseflies to whooper swans and from hummingbirds to hawks. He'll even encounter the greatest fliers ever - hang-glider sized giants of prehistoric skies.
Then find something on one of the Discovery type channels.

Nothing. Unless there is a zombie, vampire, action or simular trashy moovie on Channel five at middnight or 2 AM But hopefully I'll not bother watching that either as I might be able to find me somethign interesting to do instead like listen to the radio or red a book.

The general election coverage.
Call me but I find it highly entertaining.
Highlights in recent years have been Chris Patten losing his seat, Jeffrey Archer trying to sound positive amongst a chaotic disaster for the Tories and Michael Portillo getting his arse kicked live on telly.
You'll never guess who I tend to support from that

Now now, I intend to be watching the BBCs election coverage too (unless they do something dull, in which case I'll cross over to ITV or Sky News to watch theirs). Then at 10:40 I'll start to watch 'Bremner Bird & Fortune's Election Special' on Channel 4. But I'll have to stop watching that at 11 to watch 'The West Wing' on RTE 1. And once that's over I'll go back to the election coverage.

It's not dull, it's intelligent television.
Then again, I wouldn't expect a Voyager fan to understand that.
