My cat was sick twice yesterday, I was contemplating taking it to the vet today but I'm happy to report he seems much better this morning, already had a pouch of catfood but I don't want to give him too much as he might get sick again. He's giving me reproachful looks as I type. I keep telling him it's for his own good but he doesn't seem to understand.

Oh, and how do you enjoy a fruit and nut bar weirdly? Do let me know I've lived a sheltered life and I crave excitement.

I'll tell you what I saw today, Whisper bars are making a comeback. To be honest I always thought they were just Flakes with a jacket on, but apparently they're being reintroduced to ride the wave of '80s nostalgia. When you get to my age, one find oneself craving for Five Boys. Let me hasten to add that this was a bar of chocolate, made by Frys I think, much sold by vending machines on railway station platforms. Last seen around the early 1960's I would guess, but who knows, there may be some little confectioner somewhere still selling them, if so let me know.

Whisper it gently, but Wispa has it's own website, I've just discovered it, today, a few seconds ago actually, http://www.wispa.co.uk/?campaign_id= Has anyone seen that advert where the chocolate man rips himself to bits and feed bits of himself to everybody? Blooming scary if you ask me, I can't even remember what the advert's for, so much for the power of advertising. I must have been thinking of something else, I'm sure there's a flake bar covered in chocolate, can't think what it's called. And wasn't there a brand of chocolates called Whispers? Anyway, I went to football on Saturday, Oxford United v York City, and just to be topical, I had a Yorkie bar. Now isn't there a chocolate bar called Topic? I could go on.............
