A local dish with soda bread (locally made) potato farls (another local delicacy), fried bacon, sausages and eggs......
You really need to try it to appreciate it......won't need to eat -again for another 7-8 hours

The best....suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner - just up the portions....and they say it puts hairs on your chest!!!

nothing, yet I'm starvin but am waiting for the freezer box in the fridge to defrost before I make more clutter in the ktichen to get in the way of things but when I do I'm planning on a breckfast-type bunch lunch bacon, eggs, toast, and a Barwall (not sure onf the spelling of it) sausage; which is a large cumberland-rinmg type s shaped sausge, which is spicey and has lots of herbs in it, made with 'roughtly' minced rahter than abliterated meat, so its a lot of texture to it too
