a 12" or 13" (roughly) long section of baguette, sliced appropiately, buttered, some mayo and dijon mustard, then a few thinly sliced bits of organic smoked chicken, off the breast of such I have in the fridge, followed by a few very* thinly made pieces of organic Brie was lush Pity I fotgot to get any cherry tomatos

An avocado, Dubliner cheese, tomato and alfalfa sprouts on oatnut bread sandwich. Slices of cantaloupe and some red grapes. Mineral water and a couple of After Eight mints.

A chicken enchilada,taco,rice and refried beans. Fresh fruit cup and a piece of candied cactus. Entertaining guests in downtown LA's Olvera Street.

I took a Morrison's spag bol ready meal to shove in the microwave in work, but ended up going to the shop up the road and buying chips. Shared them with a work colleague, a divorcee like me, maybe I should ask her out.

Gave meself a bit of a treat after running round like a mentally deranaged earwig this mronign and getting all the housework done before lodger got home had half a fresh baguette from the bakery, and fried up a couple organic pork sausages and an organic egg, which went in it with a little* butter and some tomato ketchup
