i sit alone on my credit pod
paul is behind me, the lazy sod
tumnus is absent, gareth too
paul's trying to get his team to stop using ACW
the girl to his left takes his attention
i've just had 3 calls in a row now from paytalk retentions
ah but wait, what is that i can see?
a figure has entered, who's dressed weirdly
can it be, the bearded one? yes, gareth has arrived
had it not been for his disciplinary meetings, i'm sure he'd have scived
i stare at him, what a hypocrite! i think
it seems gothic gareth is dressed in pink!
i'm in a frustrated mood, calls are in queue
once i clear them my ode shall continue..

I look across, he's dressed in pink
God knows what the other goths would think,
I think he has turned up a little bit late
I'm sure he was due in at half past eight,
He talks about Goblins and a load of other old cosh
I cant get over that shirt,his other 1 must be in the wash,
If it was not for his final warning
I doubt he would have made it in this morning,
I dont mind gareth,i find him quite cool
But i gotta admit he dresses like a fool.

Anderson's Lament.

He always thought it a walk in the park,
In h2g2 he was lost in the dark,
He was trapped by limited thought,
Even though by the best he was taught,
He just couldn't shake that feeling,
His fear had left him reeling,
His footballer's intellect couldnt keep up.

A maiden most fair crossed his path,
He thought he had found a new hearth,
But woe was our friend,
For now was the trend,
To prey on the helpless and weak.

A nemesis both familiar and dark,
Approached anderson like a stalking shark,
"Fear not my friend I'll go easy",
The words made anderson queasy,
For he know that the bearded one was fickle.

A faun of ledgend appeared,
With lightning and thunder he was feared,
"Do not mess with me,
You are nought but a flea!"
Anderson was lost in awe.

He went to the beach for a long walk,
To his shock the surf started to talk,
From the water walked a man,
Who was also a great football fan,
This would be Anderson's greatest downfall,
For the game was the greatest weakness of all,
Now Anderson was truly dismayed.

Surrounded on all corners,
With no-one left as mourners,
He didn't stand a chance,
But he took a defiant stance,
"You shall not defeat me,
You shall not win",
But all hope was lost,
His jokes were wearing thin.

Just for you Anderson, seeing that you constantly pester me for one of these. I won't be doing this often.
