Ah, but when you're writing guide entires you need to know all sorts of stuff ... someone will drop into PR and say .... that was in an episode of (some tv programme) and you'll need to find out about it.

Well, today in PR someone mentioned a tv programme in connection with my space hopper entry - I'd never even heard of the programm although it was award winning ..... and now I have to find an appropriate link for it.

That's often my problem, I don't know *any* of the UK programmes. Someone mentioned the Blue Peter method once and I had no idea what that was

It may be an institution over *there*... We just have "Die Sendung mit der Maus" - "The programme with the mouse" Or perhaps Löwenzahn, though that's been usurped by a new guy who thinks he's cool.

Oh well there you go then ... I know nothing of German TV and Blue Peter would have been no use to you - unless you had an endless supply of empty fairy liquid bottles.

Awww Lil, tell me they're still not doing that stuff - hasn't someone told them kids now play with Nintendo DS and Playstations.
They could teach them to *chip* a mobile or something instead.

>>I don't have a TV <<
Ah, so you could write an entry on life without a tv. I bet that would enlighten a few people who don't think it's possible
