Revisiting the kitchen and picking the hardened cheese bits off the foil after (the remnants of a cheese on toast making exercise).

Similarly Darren, licking the foil top after opening a pot of yoghourt, watch for sharp edges though!

This appears to be the only down-side to buying large pots of yogurt. You only get one lid to 5 servings.

Rolling up a burrito in a wheat flour tortilla that survives the rolling process without cracking.

The first flush of the loo after putting a toilet block in the cistern the night before.

Leaving the office in the evening with all e-mails answered, all orders processed, all papers filed away and desk clean and tidy.

A perfectly brewed cup of hot green tea at an excellent Thai restaurant late in the afternoon at the end of a long fasting day.

Sometimes simple things satisfy after mental exertion. Sometimes because they are useful and undemanding. Those you listed, I guess something to do with texture.

I've had lots of nut bars, yoghurts and fizzy drinks recently, and now have a Muller Rice. It's actually quite tasty. I'd never have bought one otherwise.

My wife has exactly the same gadget, but hers counts a lot more for the same activities. (something to do with different base heart rates)
