Its all true... well done
the little pleasure things today..... a long long hot bath, to ease all my aching, muscles and bones/joints, and to ease up the cramps, even if onl for a short time... followed by having my nails painted very* red

Similarly Darren, licking the foil top after opening a pot of yoghourt, watch for sharp edges though!

This appears to be the only down-side to buying large pots of yogurt. You only get one lid to 5 servings.

Sometimes simple things satisfy after mental exertion. Sometimes because they are useful and undemanding. Those you listed, I guess something to do with texture.

Free giveaway food promotions at Waterloo Station during morning rush hour.
I've had lots of nut bars, yoghurts and fizzy drinks recently, and now have a Muller Rice. It's actually quite tasty. I'd never have bought one otherwise.

Any activity that my new activity tracker gadget considers "effective training".
My wife has exactly the same gadget, but hers counts a lot more for the same activities. (something to do with different base heart rates)
