I miss 'Moonlighting' the programme on TV when I was about 15.
I might buy the whole collection on DVD. We'll see.

What DID I miss?
Been hearing from my best friend in Luxembourg about her "turn" as a contestant for this year's Rose of Tralee. All the girls have to do a talent spot, and she's a great irish dancer. So she had a mock battle with a bodhran player (another mutual friend, also from Norn Irn), where he would beat out a rhythnm on the drum, and she would copy it, getting faster and more complicated with each go. Apparently it brought the house down.
God I wish I'd been there

It certainly puts things into perspective.
Stan - you will always find genuine comfort here. We've seen people through all sorts of bad times.
*a girl in Florida who had a stalker ing outside her window
*deaths and illnesses
*career problems
*relationship problems
*financial crises
In a lot of the cases it really has been a comfort to those affected. You can pour out your worries on h2g2 and someone, somewhere, will listen and may even have something helpful and relavent to suggest. You will find people in the same position. Failing that, you will find lots of sympathy and .
You sound really desparate. Keep strong - they're relying on you. Your wife misses it too.
