When once many moons ago.... well not that* long ago... when I first was a student in halls... I could eat a whole tin of corned beef in a go at a single meal; just in bread with tomato or brown sauce mind, it'd be the kind of meal I'd eat and then not eat again for twenty four hours or so
today, for lunch, ham sandwich with pickle , the last of the organic ham on grannary bread, and this evening I had pasta too, with the sauce I made up, and sausage
and lots of cheese grated on top

Porridge, home-made lentil and carrot soup with oatcakes.
Sounds a bit whole-foody I s'pose. But we had corned beef hash last night. Yum. And ate a whole box of Guylian chocs.
Were going to have sausages and illegal mashed potato tonight but got half a leg of lamb half-price at the local supermarket today. Yum.
